Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the providers' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.

No Show Policy

Patients who do not cancel within the required 24 hours notice time frame and fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation/no show fee.

Securing Your Spot On Our Schedule

All clients will be asked to secure their appointment time by keeping a credit card on file and providing a $50 deposit. The $50 deposit will be used towards the total cost of your service when you come to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within our 24 hour timeframe, your deposit will be refunded.

Promotions

Promotions, savings programs and/or discount offers can not be combined and are generally a one-time use.

Refund Policy

Treatments, packages, and product sales are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments if ones requested are not available. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered. We will offer to fix any concerns instead.

Health and Wellness

If you are sick, have an active infection and/or any wounds near your treatment area, please reschedule your appointment.
