At Enora Wellness & Aesthetics, every treatment is guided by Meredith Koehniein, DNP, APRN, our Founder! It is her belief that true beauty isn’t about changing who you are — it’s about helping you look and feel like the most confident version of yourself by enhancing your God-given beauty!
Meredith began her career more than a decade ago as an ICU nurse before earning her doctorate as a palliative care nurse practitioner. In the hospital, she walked alongside patients and families during some of their most critical and vulnerable moments. Those years taught her the importance of listening deeply, honoring individual values, and supporting not just physical health but emotional and spiritual well-being. Her nursing background laid the foundation for a career rooted in faith and compassion.

How Enora Wellness & Aesthetics Got It’s Start
As Meredith explored the world of aesthetics, she discovered a new way to make a difference: by helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Whether smoothing lines, restoring balance with fillers, or rejuvenating tired skin, she saw how subtle changes could spark life-changing confidence. So, she decided to go from helping people in crisis, to helping people thrive and with that, Enora Wellness & Aesthetics was born!
About Enora Wellness & Aesthetics
Enora Wellness & Aesthetics was founded in March 2025. After getting trained in cosmetic injections, Meredith quickly realized that there weren’t a lot of options for new injectors ready to make a big impact.
So, she created her own opportunity and opened Enora Wellness & Aesthetics built around the principle of enhancing your God-given beauty. When a client sits in her chair at the MedSpa, her hope is to offer more than just a service—she wants to create a deeply personal, uplifting experience they can't find anywhere else.
A Note About Our Name
“Enora” carries special meaning. Inspired by her daughter Eleanor, Meredith wanted a name that reflected both her role as a mother and her passion as a business owner — so she shortened Eleanor’s name to create Enora.
The hummingbird in the logo is a nod to her husband’s love of birdwatching, bringing the people most important to her into the heart of her business.
A Personal Transformation Journey
Meredith doesn’t just provide treatments — she’s experienced them herself. After struggling with her own weight, she turned to medical weight loss injections and found success through a customized plan. That personal journey inspired her to create the Total Transformation Weight Loss Program at Enora, so she could guide others with the same empathy, accountability, and medical expertise that supported her.
